Let's get crafty and make a little magic!

This workshop will begin with an intention-setting practice, followed by learning about an assortment of crystals, oils, herbs, and plants, and how you can use them to support your intentions. Then it's time to get creative!

Craft your own custom intention jar necklace using the items that support your intentions. You'll take home your own handcrafted intention jar necklace.

What's Included:
- 1.5 hours of instruction
- Intentions guide and handout
- Supplies for one custom jar necklace
- Additional necklaces can be created and paid for in the session

Jamie Sigmon is a yoga instructor and healing arts practitioner. She creates handcrafted natural stone and crystal jewelry through her business, Rye Jewelry, inspired by nature and its ability to heal us.
