Location: Sunshine Craft Co (address/map here)

We are thrilled to welcome our traveling guest artist, Bethany, back into the studio for another broom craft workshop!

Brooms are used around the world for a daily and ritual cleansing of spaces. A broom is an important part of making a safe and sacred space. In this industrial modern world, handcrafted tools of all kinds are being replaced by machine-made goods, and the broom is no exception: handcrafted brooms are on the brink of extinction. In this longer format class, you will learn the basics of broom craft and take part in a tradition that goes back centuries.

Each student will go through the steps to make their own turkey wing broom to take home and use in your own daily cleansing rituals.

What's Included:
-3.5 hours of guided instruction
-Project demonstration and discussion
-All materials & tools to create your own broom
-10% off all Sunshine Craft Co retail
